Well I'm looking for Kohlert Clarinet Bb or Bb (sib). I'm thinking of around $700ish as I'm just a beginner but I'm not 100% which is why I need you guys to help me come up with a decision. All I want is a good clarinet to play wonderful traditional music. :p That Hellas style clarinet on hammerschmidt website looks really nice.

It is going to be a good clarinet. However at that price you can get an old one refurbished in good condition!!

Tbh...I lean towards a new clarinet because you wont go through the growing pains of figuring out whats wrong with the clarinet (or your technique as chitowngreek mentioned!)

I have sent him an e-mail and I have replied to him asking more questions but I haven't got a latest e-mail from him Chito. I e-mailed him what are the prices for Bb ones so yeah I'll ask him about used clarinets.
