Nothing here. Actually I talked with Lefteris Bournias about your issue and he said that he wouldn't expect it to be different.
He uses the same mouthpieces for his Bb to G clarinets and has no problems. Among his 20+ clarinets we couldn't find a C one. Now someone with his experience can definitely put many corrections to the pitch just by blowing differently.

Also you should be looking for a Soprano clarinet mouthpiece.
I did a quick search: these are pricey... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Two-special-crys...20de6107b3 The thing is that C clarinets are not popular cause they are considered too "bright". You may also try an Eb mouthpiece or call a woodwind shop and ask specifically for one.
