Chitown...you can hit notes up to the 4th A. After that you can go even higher by playing overtones.
Its all about blowing then.

Try to play with just the mouthpiece. Blow with relaxed mask. Then staccato blows and try to squeeze it more. You will see you can jump up octaves just with your mask.
