Well, give me an example and I will be specific...but here is the case.
In 99% of the songs the BPM's are steady...The only 1% I have in my head is Raiko that goes faster halfway...
If you talk about the solos that you hear in the end of a song then yes they on the same BPM...
But sometimes they start with a solo that may not necessary have a tempo...This is called A RUMBATO. And essentialy it is completely free expression without fixed BPMs
For example the Solo that I gave for Balamos:

Is a RUMBATO...which means there is no measure..
