You have a sharp eye...but no.... go to 7:30 and you will see they are both closing.

You can see though that the hole keys from the top section have been removed. He said that the metal "melted" from too much playing and he just took them off...
As you can see ti plays in tune even though I doubt that would be the case in the hands of a beginner!
