tseligas , if you have an open mouthpiece, a hard reed wont work ,to much air escapes , if you have a closed mouth piece soft reeed it will shut on you ,usually the hard reeds closed mouth pieces are for concert,mozart ,bach etc playing , because a hard reed and closed mouth piece will wear you out . playing ,jazz ,or greek music , (with the trills ,i know they come from the fingers , the hard reed require more concentration for the beginner, i was just wondering when you go to do a trill does the reed stop on you ,because with me anything over 1.5 gives me problems
