you put in in the mouth piece you would have to have somone do it that knows how to do it alot off the proffesional players do it but they dont say anything to anyone about it i happen to have a teacher tell me about it in greece he filled mine sound is diffrent bcs i have the same mouth piece as the one he filled and they sound diffrent

you got my attention now...different like? Wax repels moisture right? So it helps the moisture move down maybe??
Can you describe the difference in the sound?

wax pushes the air with more force into the barrel and muffles some of the pass making the sound more primo...
had it done to one of my mouthpieces 3 weeks ago... needs getting used to.
