Καλή χρονιά φίλε!
Καταρχάς τι εννοείς δεν εφαρμόζει καλά στο βαρελάκι?Είναι στενό το βαρελάκι ή φαρδύ?

Γεια σας παιδιά Καλή Χρονιά σε όλους!!!
Φούρκα αυτή η χρονιά θα έιναι γεμάτη εκπλήξεις και πολύ κλαρίνο. Ετοιμάζω μια συνεργασία με ένα επαγγελματία κλαρινίστα εδώ στη Νέα Υόρκη. Ανάμεινε 2 βδομάδες!
Δεν έχω παίξει με αυτά τα plasticover αλλά απότι διάβασα έχουν πλαστική επικάλυψη για να αντιστέκονται στις μεταβολές θερμοκρασίας. Αυτό ίσως να τα εμποδίζει να βραχούν κατάλληλα όπως τα απλά καλάμια...
Ένας λόγος που στα απλά καλάμια δε βγάζει ήχο είναι ότι δεν εχουν βραχεί αρκετά και είναι πολύ στεγνά...Οπότε δοκίμασε να το βάλεις σε ένα ποτηρι νερό για κανα μίσαωρο και ξαναπαίξε.
Ακόμα διάβασε τις οδηγίες μήπως χρειάζεται κάτι σπέσαιλ!!

Διόρθωση!!!!!!! Μόλις διάβασα ότι δε χρειάζονται βρέξιμο αλλά είδα επίσης και παράπονα ότι δεν έχουν μεγάλη έκταση αυτά τα καλάμια... συγκεκριμένα:
these reeds are good for emergencies, i guess. they are regular cane reeds, the top half is coated with black plastic and what seems to be gold glitter. they do not need to be soaked. the sound quality is ok in general, but not as good as regular Rico reeds (which still arent great)what really gets to me is the dynamic range. I could only play from concert b flat (thumb, first three fingers) to b flat (octave and front key) and could force a low a and b and a high c. I know this is partly because it is only a 2 1/2, but with Rico Royal 2 1/2 I can play from low e to really high c (thumb and octave key) so in conclusion, the only reason to buy these reeds is if you have very limited dynamic range anyways and need backups.

hello forum , i use the black plasticover rico 1 and 1 1/2 they do dry out , i pick up my clarinet after 4 days 35 % humidity in the house , very little sound coming out i ran the mouth piece with the reed under the faucet for about 3 seconds , let it sit 5 minutes , the clarinet started playing , so its my observation that the black reeds do need to be wetted if the enviorment is dry

Makes sense!..After all it is still a reed covered with plastic...not a 100% plastic reed,,

i have tried the 100 percent plastic reed once only ,i do not remember how it played ,

I still have one. They are very consistent and loud. IMO they sacrifice on quality!!
